  - 포지션 개요
    * We're looking to recruit a Product Management Specialist. As a Product Management Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for the active coordination for all phases of Kokam’s battery cell and/or system development, including product planning, defining schedule, setting up and updating product and/or technical roadmaps, reviewing feasibility, and tracking development status on each stages. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on knowledge and experience managing battery cell/system development projects with fluent English; demonstrates initiative, clear-headed problem solving, and mastery of the tactical details for each project.

  - Key Responsibilities
    * General
     └ Focus on several energy storage product lines and related market segments for EU & NA
     └ Be the product/market subject matter expert, gain in-depth understanding of customer applications and use cases and be able to create marketing materials and presentations that will drive design wins and future growth
     └ Help build and maintain market models, go-to-market plans and future technology/product roadmaps
    * Product and technology
     └ Become a key stakeholder / influencer for future product development and roadmap alignment for market segments and customers
     └ Owner of product life cycle from ideation, through MRD/PRD, to NPI and EOL
     └ Work with technical teams on future products and technologies and solidify plans with business cases, value propositions, and go to market plans
     └ Communicate with internal stakeholders - SolarEdge Product teams (RSS/C&I/e-mobility), Cell/System R&D with strategic insight
    * Strategic Analysis
     └ Build/Drive market segment, product and go to market strategies for energy storage solutions
     └ Market and Competitors analysis - Track & analyze market/ technology/ key customers trend and competitor’s movement

  - Position Requirements
    * At least 8+ years of professional experience or BS degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or evidence of exceptional experience in related fields. (MS degree preferred)
    * In-depth understanding battery industry (Preferably Commercial and Industrial ESS, Utility ESS)
    * Prior work as a R&D Project Leader in ESS system including Battery system, PCS and PMS is desirable
    * Deep understanding and working knowledge in product development process like APQP
    * Fluent speaking in English & writing capability required as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.
    * Experience in understanding and/or writing product MRDs and collaborating with Sales, R&D, Quality and Operation teams.
    * Proven experience with strategic thinking, analytical, data collection and interpretation
    * Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    * Excellent interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships internally and externally.
    * Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks in parallel.

3. 근무형태 : 정규직 (수습기간 있음)

4. 근무일 : 주 5일 (월~금)
